The communication with Artur was always very easy providing all the information and help needed, before and during our stay in Albania.

The car was according to the description. I didn’t have any issue with it.

I strongly recommend dealing with Artur.

Artur was just incredible. The car broke due to an accident caused by an other driver, and Artur came to us (one hour far from Tirana) to take back the brocken car and give us a new one so we could continue our trip without asking us any extra money. He is a true professional renter, with a contract and everything.

An other super good point was that the two cars we had worked with natural gas wich is way cheaper than gasoline.

Artur è una perla di uomo ed è disponibilissimo ad aiutarti e affidabilissimo. Purtroppo la macchina ha un po' di problemi, non funziona l'accendisigaretta per poter inserire il carica batteria per il telefono e nemmeno la porta usb e per chi deve viaggiare molto con il navigatore è essenziale, la leva che alza il sedile di guida è rotta, i tergicristalli nonostante me li abbia cambiati non puliscono bene e per finire la macchina non era pulitissima quando me l'ha consegnata. A favore di Artur devo dire che mi ha fatto uno sconto di 20 euro per tutti i problemi che ho riscontrato e l'ha ritirata il pomeriggio invece che la mattina. Quindi nonostante ciò se dovessi riprendere un'auto la prenderei da lui.

La location s'est super bien passé Artur a été au petit soin avec nous. Il a été très réactif aux échanges, est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et en bonus nous a donné les bons plans pour visiter et bien profiter de ce joli pays (Albanie)

La voiture était propre. Il nous a proposé un coffre de toit car nous avions beaucoup de valises. A l'arrivé il nous a tout bien expliqué. Il a aussi géré l'amende que nous avions pris. Bref que dire : un service super qualitatif.

Molto gentili, disponibili e sinceri. La macchina che avevamo prenotato aveva un problema all'aria condizionata, così si sono offerti di cambiarla con un'altra. Ricezione e rilascio della macchina durato 5 minuti. Consigliatissimi!
