Packages are based on vehicle value and age and provide fair, transparent protection throughout your rental period.

Super Kasko – Cars up to 10 years (Albania only)

• Pricing:
  • €5–10k → €9.99/day
  • €10–25k → €13.99/day
  • €25–50k → €19.99/day
  • €50k+ → €30.99/day
• 0% Excess, 0% Franchise
• Parking damage up to €500
• Police report required for claims over €250
• Includes AutoSOS Albania

Standard Kasko – Cars up to 15 years (Albania only)

  • €5–10k → €7.99/day
  • €10–25k → €11.99/day
  • €25–50k → €15.99/day
  • €50k+ → €25.99/day
• 20% Excess, 2% Franchise
• Parking damage up to €500
• Police report required for claims over €250

Simple Kasko – Cars 15–20 years

• Flat rate: €6/day (max vehicle value €5,000)
• 25% Excess, 2% Franchise
• Parking damage up to €250
• Police report required for claims over €250

AutoSOS Albania – Included in all Kasko packages or €1/day

• 24/7 roadside assistance
• On-the-spot repair
• Towing up to €200 / 100 km
• 1 covered event per rental

AutoSOS Europe – €1.5/day

• Valid throughout Europe
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• On-the-spot repair
• Towing up to €200 / 100 km
• Replacement vehicle up to €50/event
• Hotel or alternate transport (1 event)

Required steps for insurance validity:

Customer (with support from provider):

• Upload clear live photos at pickup (4 sides + visible damage) in “Photos at Pick-Up”
• Call police in case of accident and get official report
• If police does not arrive: upload proof of contact and clear photos from the scene
• Upload all documents in “Accident Photos” via “Insurance Details” link
• Declare the accident on the platform

Provider:

• Provide the registered car with matching license plate
• Any replacement must be made via the website at least 48h in advance
• The new car must be confirmed by SIGAL and eligible for coverage
• Provider should offer a car of similar value/year when replacing
• If the car is an upgrade, coverage applies proportionally to the value difference
• If steps are not respected, provider is fully liable for damages
