Nous avions initialement loué un certain modèle de voiture, mais celui-ci a rencontré un problème. La situation a été gérée de manière très professionnelle : une autre voiture nous a été proposée immédiatement, d’un modèle plus haut de gamme, sans complication.

Délais de réponse quasi immédiat (week-end), et conditions de location plus avantageuses qu'en agence. Juste une caution de 50€ cash, qui nous a été restituée à la fin de notre périple. État des lieux du véhicule avec une vidéo qui nous a été envoyée à l'instant. Notre loueur nous a donné de précieux conseils quant aux itinéraires à emprunter (pas de traceur) et aux lieux à visiter. Notre loueur nous a contactés par WhatsApp pour savoir si tout allait bien et proposer son aide si besoin, très aimable. Voiture louée en centre ville, puis restituée à l'aéroport. Le loueur nous a ensuite raccompagnés à notre hôtel. Concernant le véhicule, il nous a permis de bien circuler en sécurité sur tout type de routes, et en prime, il avait l'option "siège chauffant" . Je recommande vivement ce loueur (Elsida), pour son professionnalisme, sa flexibilité et son accueil +++.
