Hello. I booked a Volkswagen Polo car, but the owner called me and said that the car had broken down and he couldn't provide it to me. I told him to cancel the order. This conversation took place on 13 August 2025. I was already on the road and couldn't contact the administration, so I didn't get the car and had to travel on foot, which ruined many of my plans for my holiday in Albania.
